Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using AutoDM. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AutoDM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AutoDM. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Notify us immediately at security@autosenddm.com of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials or involved in abusive behaviour.

4. Permitted Use of the Service

AutoDM is designed to automate Instagram DMs in response to specific keywords. You may use the Service to:

  • Send pre-written DMs to users who comment specific keywords on your posts.
  • Manage and monitor your DM automation campaigns.
  • Access analytics and activity logs for your accounts.

Instagram Terms Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AutoDM complies with Meta's and Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. AutoDM provides tools; the content and targeting of automations remain your responsibility.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or harassing content.
  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our safety limits or rate limiting systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current period.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry for 3 days before suspending your account.
  • Price changes: We will provide 30 days' notice before changing plan pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the AutoDM platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are owned by AutoDM Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create and configure within the Service (e.g. your message templates and campaign names).

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • We are not liable for any DMs blocked, not delivered, or resulting in account restrictions on Instagram.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
